Service Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet started
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The project has been completed and delivered
  • The client approves the completed work
  • The delay is caused by missing client information or materials

Payment Processing

All payments are securely handled through Stripe or other trusted payment providers.
