At Saami Enterprise LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Service Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet started
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The project has been completed and delivered
- The client approves the completed work
- The delay is caused by missing client information or materials
Payment Processing
All payments are securely handled through Stripe or other trusted payment providers.
